All products have to be checked before purchase, by customer.

We TRUST our customer choice of items, goods sold are strictly NON exchangeable. Therefore, FINAL.

Any sorts of scenario, any product listed at its incorrect price due to a display or typographical error, or an error in pricing information from the management, or any error in item description, or through any form of miscommunication, EILLEKOET have all rights to amend them at any point of time.

EILLEKOET reserves the right to amend, vary or terminate any Pricing Policy, Privacy & Security, T&C or F&Q etc. at any time without prior notice.

We ship our products all across the world. It is a small world after all.

Items will only be packed and delivered (during working hours) once payment is received.

Local deliveries - It will take 1 to 2 working days for local deliveries (without tracking number, inclusive with purchases). 3 to 5 working days (With tracking number, PAYMENT must be made first, NOT inclusive with purchases).

Expedited Shipping - 8 to 12 working days (Tracking Number, inclusive with delivery-charges).

Orders which are shipped outside of Singapore MAY be subjected to taxes, customs duties or fees.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be bore by the recipient, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict or be told what they might be. Customs policies varies from countries to countries. You should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
However so far there’s no problem at all.
