Greetings!

We have received feedback telling us that our main website is not as navigable-friendly as you would like, particularly on mobile. We sincerely apologise for that. Unfortunately, due to some unforeseen circumstances, we are currently unable to make the required amendments. Not to worry though, we're on a mission to find a trustworthy and reliable web developer to help us revamp our site! In the meantime, there's always www.eillekoet.blogspot.sg for a user-friendly experience and a comfortable access to most of our products on mobile now!!

  • What/Who is EILLEKOET?
    Eillekoet is the heart and soul of Kellie Teo, the founder. And here's your fun fact of the day: Eillekoet is actually an anagram of her name!
  • Is it possible to have my item(s) delivered to me for free if I live in Singapore? Eillekoet offers free delivery on all local orders (at a minimum amount of SGD$10.00/-).
    Do we hear a resounding "YAAAYYY!!!!"?
    We love anything with the word 'free' in it as much as the next person.

  • Could you throw in some free stuff like picks/ plectrums or strings with my orders? All of us do enjoy receiving freebies don’t we.

  • Do you offer expedited shipping? Yes! Eillekoet offers expedited shipping to most countries! (It's a small world after all.)
    However, if you're from Timbuktu or a far-flung place that you can't pin down on a map, you might want to drop us an email at info@eillekoet.com just to be sure.
  • How long will my order(s) take to get to me?
    (Both, local & expedited shipping.)
    For Local Orders
    There are 2 options available for local orders
    (by local we mean if you reside in sunny Singapore!)
    Option 1: 1 to 2 working days (Without Tracking, inclusive with purchases).
    Option 2: 3 to 5 working days, a payment of SGD$3.20/- have to be made first! (With Tracking Number, NOT inclusive with purchases). MAKE PAYMENT HERE.

    For Expedited Shipping: Between 8 to 20 working days (With Tracking Number, inclusive with delivery charge).
  • What if my products go missing? After your order is processed, a tracking number will be provided (only if you have a tracking number). So fret not, you are in safe hands!
  • I changed my mind. How do I return my order? Unfortunately, we do not allow any returns, refunds or exchanges. Peace.
  • I purchased the wrong item. What should I do? Again, we do not allow any returns, refunds or exchanges. So kindly choose your items wisely and double check before you click checkout! We appreciate it!
  • Can we only pay via Paypal when we purchase from Eillekoet? Unfortunately, that is the only mode of payment available for now! The good news is Eillekoet is constantly making improvements to our website so check back regularly for updates!
  • I believe my item is damaged/defective, what should I do? The ghosts of the rock gods will haunt us if that ever happens.
    That said, drop us an email with pictures of the damaged/defective goods and we will do our best to attend your request accordingly.

  • Orders which are shipped outside of Singapore MAY be subjected to taxes, customs duties or fees.
  • Additional charges for customs clearance must be bore by the recipient, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict or be told what they might be. Customs policies varies from countries to countries. You should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
    However so far there’s no problem at all.
